This B&B is Amazing!!!! The staff was very friendly always spoke to you when they saw you. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The Breakfast was simple but Great, the fruit was delicious. They had quite a variety of Tea selection for you. The property was well kept and just a short way to the beach. There are quite a few restaurants located next to them. 5 Star B&B

Staff was very nice. Property was impeccable. We appreciate the room upgrade. Front desk person (we forget her name) made an excellent recommendation for dinner at a walkable place where the food was excellent. My only gripe (and its minimal) is that this was listed as a bed a breakfast. While they did have breakfast, it wasn't anything more or less special than what you would see at any other large hotel chain. Not knocking the breakfast as it was good, but typical a B&B has a breakfast menu that usually has unique offerings that are made fresh to order... at least in our experience. Other than that, this property is well run and I would recommend it as long as you set your expectations to a run of the mill breakfast offering.

This is a wonderfully maintained and, perfectly located near a couple of our favorite restaurants. The walk down to the water was enjoyable everyday and it's only a roughly 30 minute walk to more of the touristy parts of Monterey, like the aquarium and Cannery Row. Breakfast was great. I'd recommend getting to breakfast a little earlier than the rest of the house, as it gets fairly crowded quickly. This is now our go-to place to stay in that area.

This is a beautiful Inn with spacious rooms. Loved the wine and snacks upon check in. Enjoyed the fireplace and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice with many options and check in/out was simple and quick. I was traveling with my mother who is handicapped and it wasn’t very accessible. The parking was on the street and very difficult to access as it was on a steep narrow hill and the pavement was extremely uneven. I had to unload her on to the sidewalk near the room, blocking the narrow street, leave her there and find parking. The bathtub shower was very high and I had to help her get in and out practically lifting her myself. It is a lovely Inn but a bit difficult if traveling with someone with limited mobility. If someone were in a wheelchair it would be very difficult to impossible to navigate.

Check in was letter perfect with really welcoming staff. We enjoy the location as it is close to good restaurants and the wonderful Bookstore Coffee shop. So walkable. The room was small, but charming, as expected. Breakfast was great, wine and snacks at 4:00 very nice too. Our only complaint was that the mattress was too mushy for our tastes. It could be just right for others. We really enjoyed our stay. It was our second stay and we would some back.
