Great location for exploring the Monterey Peninsula! Very clean and well appointed. Communication was outstanding. Spacious bedrooms. Lots of natural light. Cozy fireplaces.

Great place, great location

This house was great for our family. Updated, clean, comfy beds, well built (not one creaky floor). Wedged between downtown Pacific Grove and Lovers' Point Beach, the location is ideal for walking. We would stay here again.

As good as it gets

The house was impeccably clean. The management company was extremely responsive, replying within minutes and was highly communicative. The effort of providing a comfortable stay was apparent at every faster of our stay. Entry and access were a breeze. The unit was comfortable - everything from the layout to the heater, to the beds, to the beautiful furniture and hospitable touches - coffee and wine. The entire house was beautiful and high quality. The location is good and you can walk to so many places. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great, clean home close to the beach

the managers keep this home very clean and everything worked. the windows allow the cool air in and so the lack of a/c is not a problem. the bedrooms all have king beds and the bathrooms are clean and modern. nice home!

Family Vacation in Pacific Grove

We spent 3 wonderful days at this beautiful property in Pacific Grove. The home was lovely and the location was central to all the amenities of Pacific Grove and Monterey. The staff were very friendly and confirmed we had made it and were satisfied. I highly recommend this property.

Mini college reunion

Four sixty something friends from college got together from all over CA in Point Break for our 3-4 year reunion and we had a lovely time. The house is very well appointed, excellent location, lots of good conversation areas. We stayed three nights and the only very small recommendation would be to add some oven mitts/pot holders -- there may have been some but we couldn't find them lol. Would highly recommend.

Great Location

Property is as advertised. Overall clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere in Pacific Grove and even aquarium in Monterey was only a mile walk. Our group was 3 adult couples so having kingsize beds in each room was nice. We had two small sports cars that fit in garage, though one side was very tight. Driveway/street clearance also an issue. Carpeting in bedrooms is becoming a little worn but we would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location and great house

The house was the cleanest we have seen and we have seen many. The open construction on the first floor is a great contrast to some other rentals with small rooms that defeat social gatherings. The WiFi is truly high speed. I measured no less than 50 Mbps to over 200 on the first floor. Some rentals call 3 Mbps high speed. We had a couple of minor problems which were fixed very promptly in a friendly and professional manner. The kitchen is well equipped for a rental. It is close to the ocean, ocean walks, good restaurants, Pauls bakery and the aquarium. We had a great time and hope to repeat the experience next year.

Perfect in Every Way!

The property was clean, conveniently located and well appointed. We were traveling back and forth to the Women's US Open, and we couldn't have picked a better place. It was convenient to the beach, the small town of Pacific Grove and the Pebble Beach courses. Everyone was so nice and the property management company was amazing!

Spacious three bedrooms, well appointed, great location.

House overall is clean and well stocked with everything you may need. Location near beaches, parks, nice downtown area all within walking distance. Wifi, large screen TVs, fireplace upstairs and down. Nice kitchen and dining area.

Christmas Stay

We could not have been happier with our stay at Point Break. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can’t be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We are already looking forward to a return stay!

There were some issues with the door keypad that never got resolved. The washing machine was not working and they knew it because it was unplugged and the cord was hanging over a short wall. Overall the property itself was really nice with the exception of being in need of a replacement of all the carpet. The layout of the home is exceptionally good and the location was optimal.

Point Break at Pacific Grove

Extremely well-appointed property. All the kitchen equipment was top of the line. Furnishings were great. 3 comfortable king size beds upstairs. Perfect location a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of room for parking in the garage or in front of the garage. The next time we come to Pacific Grove this is the property we would chose. We would not look anywhere else.
