Ok to start off normally I'm not the one to rent a cheap hotel room and I definitely don't do hotel room with out a jetted tub but a friend of mine was having a small birthday party at the Wexford and I staying at Iberostar in Rose hall Jamaica for a week before but i stayed two days at the Wexford and it was the worst. Ok I call weeks in advance to request a refrigerator in the room and was told it $20 a day for it so I said I need one but when I got there they said they didn't have any then they gave me a room up buy the pool and boy was they right about that because it felt like I was a mountain climber trying to get to the room. You had to walk up one hill to get to a steeper hill to walk up like four to five flights of steps and I have asthma so I had to stop and rest five times just to get to my room. Now I'm at the room door and the door looked like they took the doors from another hotel because the door had the key card reader door lock but it was rusty and didn't work so they just put a regular interior door knob w/key lock and on the inside of the door there was no security lock. The room had to lights in it but a bulb in each of them was blown so the room just looked dim all time. The bed was so low it looked like it was on the floor the mattress was very uncomfortable the phone in the room did not work so you could not call for room service it had two chairs in the room that came from a banquet room the towels was old and the water pressure was so low

This is not my first time satiating at the Wexford and I must say how disappointed I was. The staff was unpleasant and extremely unfriendly except Mrs. Riley who was so courteous and friendly.

Disgusting

I was very disopointed with the service we received at the Wexford Hotel. the front desk lobby and entrance is unwelcoming with dingy lighting and unkept furnatures overall deperessing. You will be greeted by unfriendly, inhospitable staff who’s communication skills appears as if they are doing you a favor. The room we given was presented with Old and UNKEPT furnitures, bed linings and towels with stains dusgusting. When experss our discontent with our room and asked for it to be changed, we were told that our booking was done through a 3rd party so, if we have a complaint, discuss it with our party, (in this case, with Travelocity), We booked double accuracy for 7 nights, we received 2 wash rags, 1 bath towel each day. Food is not bad if one can get pass the unkept table clothe, flatwares and dingy dining area. Overall, this hotel misrepresenting what they advertise on the website.

Never again

You pretty much get what you pay for. When I checked in I asked for extra towels since I didn't want housekeeping service and was told I couldn't get it I would have to ask the housekeeper in the morning when I see her. Housekeeping supervisor needs to check behind the housekeepers to ensure that room is cleaned up to standard. Stayed for 4 days and was very dissatisfied. I will never go there again. Was a waste of money especially as a housekeeping supervisor It was very disappointing.

Good view!

Was greeted w/a welcome drink. Close to airport & U can see the airplanes coming in for landing... Nice pool.... Rooms spread over the property. May be difficult for some as it on a hillside. There r stairs but a luggage path makes it easier for the attendant to cart the luggage to Ur room. Great view!!! Nice pool & if U was staying more than one nite, I could have gone to their private beach on the hip strip....

Run down

Room was not nice. Not to mention i booked a king room and was given a double. Closet only had 1 door, tv needs to go in the garbage the sound is going out. Beds were ok for the most part. Bathroom needs to be paid more attention to details. Lamp shades and Windows needs to be dust and clean. Window had him stuck to it.

The hotel is in walking distance to town

It's located on the hip strip where you can find all the fun and attractions. Breakfast was good each morning and there were options of what to eat. The rooms are spacious with a balcony for chilling out at night time. Ms Arlene is honest and pleasant, she cleaned my room daily. Ramona in the front desk is always smiling while providing customer service and the bellman was pretty nice too.
