Dear Expedia Customer Relations and Executive Team,
I am writing to formally file a serious complaint regarding a reservation booked through Expedia.

Stay Dates: April 19, 2026 – April 23, 2026
During my stay, at approximately 12:00 PM, an unknown individual entered my room while my girlfriend and I were inside. I was on the balcony at the time, and the person immediately left when my girlfriend called my name. This was a serious security and privacy breach.
When reported to hotel management, the matter was handled with excuses, dismissive behavior, and no meaningful resolution. One manager, Annmarie kGrizzle, minimized the incident as merely “an inconvenience.” I was also hung up on four times after calling the front desk for assistance, forcing me to go to the lobby in person while already distressed.
This experience was unacceptable and far below the standards expected of a property sold on Expedia’s platform. Customers trust Expedia to partner with reputable accommodations that provide basic safety, professionalism, and responsive guest service.
I am requesting Expedia’s immediate intervention regarding:
1. A formal investigation into this stay and hotel conduct.
2. Direct advocacy with the hotel on my behalf.
3. Appropriate compensation and/or refund consideration.
4. Review of whether this property meets Expedia partner standards for guest safety and service.
