READ BEFORE BOOKING. The check in was a nightmare. I didn't know this booking was with a 3rd party vendor and not through Vrbo. I was required to send them a copy of my credit card and ID's of everyone staying in the home. This could be scary for a group of women traveling. Make sure you read HOUSE RULES & ABOUT US THOROUGHLY. That's where you'll find all the hidden items. If you have more than 2 people staying at the facilities you will be charged an extra fee for each person. What's the purpose of booking a vacation home? If we knew this we would've booked another accommodation. We had a friend join our travel last minute. They refused to give us the check in information until they received a Zelle payment for the additional guest. Mind you we already paid the original booking in full. At this time its a few days before our travel and the host knows we can't cancel without losing our money. The bathroom decor needs to be replaced as it's rotted. Some of the glass fencing around the pool is missing. The unit says it accommodates 6 people but that's impossible with only 2 beds. They only supplied 1 set of towels for each person. Mind you this stay was for 4 days with no washer/dryer in the unit. They did bring extra towels when we asked, but they were hard and discolored. Let's not forget the reptiles that screeched all night keeping us from getting any sleep.
