The hotel rooms are very outdated. The first room we were assigned to had a very bad mold smell to it. My friend and I woke up 2:30 in the morning with sore throats. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. We were suppose to have ocean view we had roof view. I complained the same day they said they were booked and I need to talk to Samone the rep. for Travelocity. I taking they 5 hours to contact me about my room change. The second room smelled better but floor was not clean. The ac went out 5 times, making a loud sound each time before it stop working. :

Basic-from arrival at check in the staff was not friebdlt or helpful. Noone really explained services where to find things. It was small resort, nice beach. Food was okay not anything extra- no frills again the customer service was really lacking everywhere we went in hotel

Everyone at the resort, the transportation department . Barry is the man . They made my daughter 16 birthday great. Nothing but good things, the lady Rochelle at the dinner, lunch hall was the best. She took pictures with me, my wife because they have the same name. I’ll tell all my friends about this resort.
