Great Fun

The staff was great and so nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. A lot of fun with the movies right there. The complimentary breakfast just finished off a great weekend.

over all great stay!

Pros: The movie and breakfast option.
Cons: Bathroom fixtures.
Location: The location is just on the outside of town 5 to 10 min away for eating choices. Sand dunes & Colorado Gator farm was less then a 1/2 hour away.
This was the second time that I have stayed at this motel. I grew up at the drive in and was really bummed when my home town closed theirs. I brought my son so he could have the same experience that I did growing up. The fact that you could watch the movies from your room or down in your car is wonderful. The rooms are always clean and quiet. I would stay again and again. The only bad things I would have to say late night parking on a busy weekend was a bit of a walk, and the other thing was the bath tub faucet was loose and kind of worry some if it was going to fall off. Other then that it was a wonderful peaceful stay. I just wish they had a pool.

Excellent concept watching drive in movie fm room

Pros: Drive In Movie viewing from room
Cons: Calling the hotel directly and not using Travelocity.
Location: Mesa Verde Ancient Indian ruins and Great Sand Dunes
Had a bad experience with Travelocity but Sami and the owner made up for it by giving a great room with good view of drive in movie screen. Great concept with the sound being in the room as well with new movies. Great stop on the way to Mesa Verde, Colorado.

Worst Experience ive ever had

This was by far the worst experience of my life. me and my husband will never stay at another best western ever again, especially this one. The Owner and His ABC and XYZ, were the rudest people i have ever met and they lie too. I left my privacy sign on the door, and the cleaning lady still came in and something valuable was stolen, they lied and the owner would not show up to show me the records proving no one came in the room. I was disrespected, and i do not advise you to stay in this hotel, stay as far away from it as you can, i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very Rude staff with al lot of attitude and no respect.
