"I imagine it would have been great had I been travelling to Columbia but I was travelling to Santa Cruz Tenerife. Booked it through the app using the correct info to where i was going to but the app thought I might like Columbia instead. Could not get a refund. Oh well that’s life"

"We stayed at the hotel for three days and had a room on the second floor of the house. The room was bright, private, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. Waking up to a lovely breakfast each morning was a delightful bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its facilities, especially the swimming pool, which provided a perfect escape from the afternoon heat."
