"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"Beautiful property!!! Accurate photos on listing. All amenities here in this very comfortable Valletta. 6 minute drive to Arezzo and wonderful walking paths everywhere. Hosts were helpful and keep property so well maintained!! We did not use pool because it was too cool but it looks like it would be great in warmer months"

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser süßen kleinen Finca in der Toskana. Wir waren zwei Paare mit Hund unterwegs – das eingezäunte Grundstück war dafür perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden, mitten im Nirgendwo, und man fährt etwa 25 Minuten über Serpentinen nach Cortona beziehungsweise zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt. Allerdings hat man dafür absolute Ruhe, Idylle und Natur pur. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus sowie die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet – uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war kalt, aber dafür traumhaft gelegen und die Aussicht mit dem infinity Pool ein Highlight. Alles in allem: Entspannung pur und ein idealer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."
