It is clean and in a nice area. Coffee is available 24 hrs. Breakfast was decent. We stayed on the third floor and there was no air conditioning in the hallway which made it miserable and our room wouldn't cool off very well. Plus side of that was the receptionist provided us a large box fan for our room which helped alot.

Everything was outdated, the halls smelled, the smoking area was right outside the doors so when you walked in all you smelled was secondhand smoke. The key cards constantly didn’t work

I stayed here again because of our first stay last year 4th of July weekend. This time the condition of the carpets seemed worn. Our door kept getting stuck. No one came to our room to clean it. I didn’t have a do not disturb sign up at any point. They ran out of full size towels.
