Newer modern southwest style townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, covered patios with bbq grill and outdoor seating. Open concept kitchen and living room area. King master suite has attached bath with luxury walk in spa shower. Attached 2 car enclosed garage steps into laundry area with washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Bedrooms include 2 kings, 2 twins, and a twin sleeper couch in living room. Living room has a 55" TV with blue ray/dvd player. Master suite and king guest room also have TV's. Located about 5 minutes from downtown Moab, this is a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking around property for vehicles with trailers.

This property is centrally located between Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, river rafting on the Colorado and world class mountain biking trails.

Great place to stay near Moab! My wife, son , and I stayed three nights in mid-November 2025 while visiting Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Exceptionally clean! Comfortable beds. Nice shower in the master bedroom. 5-10 minutes to restaurants and supermarket in downtown Moab. Close to Arches - 15 minutes at most. Canyonlands a bit farther, roughly 45 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay there again if we ever find ourselves back in Moab.

This was a great location, just out of the business of Moab but not too far. The place was very comfortable, very roomy and very clean. We were very pleased with everything and would not change a thing. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well.

Very spacious and owner is responsive

This place feels huge. We particularly loved the big kitchen/dining/living room for family to gather. There are tvs in every bedroom PLUS the main room. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels to go around, and a commercial size washer and dryer. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is cleaning company related. They had not left out any extra trash bags or toilet paper (and of course the tp ran out at the worst time). However, we contacted Leslee, who responded within minutes, was apologetic, and took care of the issues. The other cleaning company issue is that they did not clean under the beds or dressers. I didn't notice this until we were packing up to leave, as I always do a final walkthru to make sure we didn't forget/leave anything (and under beds or other furniture are prime spots for someone to accidentally leave stuff). All that being said, this is still a very nice property with an awesome owner, and we would stay here again if in the area.

Comfortable, quiet well supplied home

The property worked very well for us. We liked the fact that it was a little bit out of downtown Moab away from the vacationing crowds. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware so no problem making meals. It basically had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home.

Beautiful stay

This house is fantastic and had me spoiled for the remainder of our trip! The facility was very clean and well kept. I truly appreciate access to the garage, which isn’t typical in rentals I’ve used before. Excellent host communication. I’ll definitely be back if I’m around again!

Wonderful!

The place was beautiful and the home layout worked perfectly for our group of 5 women. The kitchen was very well appointed with good working equipment, pots/pans, etc.. There were spices left from (we are assuming) previous guests, coffee pods, etc… Labels were on the light switches so we knew what turned on what light, etc… Really, the owner thought of everything! The home was also very clean.

Nice property to stay at in Moab

We chose this house because of the proximity to the Arches National Park. The house is located 10 minutes away from the busy of Moab. Nice to be a short drive, but not where all the activity is to relax at night. All of the restaurants and shopping were just a short drive. House was exactly as presented in the description. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We would stay here again.

Comfortable place just south of town

We spent a few days here exploring Moab and Arches with a family group of 5 ranging from 18-80. It was comfortable and clean and well placed to let us explore during the day and hole up in the heat of the afternoon. The pool was an added bonus for the August heat.

Better Than Pictures

The house is great. It's better and roomier than appear in pictures. Located just on the outskirts of Moab. Very quiet and a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. No issues with the property and the communication with the owners was awesome. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Moab.
