The kind of hotel people live in

The kind of hotel people live in. Loud music thumping all night. People hanging out on the stairs outside at all hours. Lock you car at night.

Family friendly hotel

Pros: Home cooked breakfast!
Cons: Our fridge was unplugged, and after we plugged it in, it froze everything.
Location: Center of Moab, near Arches National Park
We were greeted warmly and with ease. Hotel is not on Main Street allowing a quiet night.

Cheapest hotel in Moab

Pros: Personable, friendly staff, comfortable room, and good swimming pool. Not too many kids. Like hotels used to be.
Cons: update air conditioners, plumbing and internet.
Location: near Main Street, the center of town. Great restaurants and shops; hard to believe this is Utah. Right next to Arches and Canyonlands.
Plumbing needs repair as it is very old, and internet goes down often. That is when it works. If you have work to do you may not get it done at this hotel. But the bill is small.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past

Pros: The hotel is off the beaten path, so to speak and is quiet. Friendliest night clerk I have come across. Great asset to this hotel.
Cons: Nothing. Great as it is.
Location: I come to Moab to visit Arches National Park, Canyonlands and just to relax.
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and would not consider using any other hotel in Moab. Shylo is a great asset to this hotel. I called her and told her that I was running late and she indicated that it was not a problem. She also helped me several times with directions on how to get where I needed to go. Awesome!

Budget friendly room near Arches National Park

Pros: It was a totally adequate basic room at an extremely reasonable rate.
Cons: We ate breakfast in our room by choice; it appeared their free breakfast was a bit limited.
Location: It is extremely convenient to the center of the town of Moab, but quiet, located off the main drag.
We (husband and wife) spent 6 days here while visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and Dead Horse State Park. We were totally satisfied and pleased with our choice.

Family run and super friendly!

Pros: Friendliness, size of room, location. Also the price was very affordable.
Cons: The TV was old - a huge box. A flat screen would be a nice upgrade.
Location: Moab! The Arches National Park is magnificent!
We were expecting to be disappointed, but in fact, we really liked our stay! Off the beaten path, the hotel is sweet, family run, and very "old-school". By the pool, the family had planted zucchini, tomatoes, and other veggies instead of the normal boring foliage! The pool was refreshing, the room big, the bed comfy.

Simple and basic

Location: Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Parks, River recreation, Concerts, Hiking, Canoeing, ATV rentals
Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfy. Had everything we needed (except maybe an elevator since we were on the second floor). Continental breakfast was good. Price was very economical. Would definitely stay here again! Close to the national parks and only a couple blocks away from restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants to suit our tastes.
