Everyone in our family agreed that this was the best rental we have stayed in. Pool even have a nice large first step area for small children to splash and play.

Exclusive Retreats is an A+ host! I've stayed with over 50 luxury hosts for both business travel and pleasure over the last 5 years and they rank in the top 5! Incredible communication, beautiful properties, fair pricing, extremely kind awesome people behind the company. Would recommend staying with them for anyone looking for the best properties and service quality. We'll be trying out their other locations next time for sure!

Wonderful property; was perfect for our 4-night stay in Moab as a home base for touring Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef National Parks. Home was clean, spacious, well appointed and we loved the flexibility it gave us as two families traveling together! Definitely recommend this home!

We had a great stay at Kenny’s property. It was perfect for our whole group. The generous bedrooms with en-suite baths were perfect for our group of 6. Kitchen had tons of stuff for cooking and the outdoor area was great for fun activities as well as relaxing by the pool. Everything was spotlessly clean and Kenny was very responsive to any inquiries. A great place for a large group.

Wonderful Space for Large Group

Our mountain biking team stayed for a long weekend. 17 people stayed comfortably with room for a few more. We will stay here again next year!

Beautiful home outside of town

This was perfect for our family and friends to stay at! We had buggies and trucks with trailers and parking was a breeze. The home was nice and allowed for us to spend our evenings together relaxing. The pool was an added perk for the kids!

Perfect Family Stay

We had the best family vacation and stay at this home. It was very spacious and everyone had their own bathrooms and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need. There was so much to do at the house we enjoyed having different tournaments each night. The views were spectacular and most of all the star gazing in the evenings was breath taking. The house is located just outside of town which makes it seclusive but only takes 10-15 minutes to get to town. The host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend staying at this home it was perfect.

Comfortable & Spacious Accomodations

Our family loved staying at the Desert Panorama home. The space was wonderful for our extended family joining us on vacation. The pool and hot tubs and outdoor games were a family favorite. We also loved that there was a private bathroom for most of the bedrooms. Communication was excellent and it was also wonderful to have someone close by to help if we needed anything. We will definitely stay with Exclusive Retreats again!

Beautiful and fun home for our family

We had an amazing stay in Moab at this home. The pool was incredible even in extreme cold weather and was being maintained in real time during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the game room is a fun place to hang out. There's a bathroom attached to each bedroom which was extremely appreciated. This home has plenty of privacy yet is close to town and to the park. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful home!

This home lived up to every review about it, every word written in its description. What a spectacular place. The views are stunning. The beds and linen were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in, and just a great place to hang out. The property management company was easy to contact and they were quick to reply to our questions. We most definitely will rent this home again.

Great House for Large Group!

This was the perfect house for four couples who came to Moab with our side-by-sides. We enjoyed four days of exploring the trails and local restaurants. The house was great for our bus, trailer, and two buggies. Each couple had their own suite with bathrooms. The house was clean, well-stocked, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The host communicated well. 5 stars!

Amazing!

Our experience was so great here. We had planned to stay with 10, but some of our family couldn't come and there were only 6 of us, so much room! It was a great location to downtown and the national parks. We loved sitting out back and just enjoying the beautiful view. Felt free and safe walking around the neighborhood. Very well stocked and had great communication. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I don’t know where to start…. The owner and manager went above and beyond to ensure we had an outstanding stay. Very prompt when we asked a question. House and pool are immaculate! Moab Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay in Moab thanks to this house. The average temperature was 103 degrees when we visited but our house was set at a relaxing 72 degrees the whole time. When we were outside we were greeted by a nicely maintained swimming pool. Our neighborhood was quite and peaceful and away from the main tourist area. It was essentially equidistant from the two entrances to canyonlands national park and less than 30 minutes from arches. The house was well maintained and stocked. We couldn't of been happier.

Larger Housing

Our families fourth visit to Moab, the first three visits were good but restrictive. Stayed at local resorts and cost for three or four resort rooms was pricey plus eating out. Exclusive Retreats Panorama house was perfect for a group of eight. Great kitchen plus extra fridge in rec room. All spacious and comfortable. Owner Kenny responded when a glitch with pool came up, pool guy took care of issue in an hour. Moab is a beautiful area of Utah and having a great property to rest and relax at was awesome.

100% book to stay here!

First off, before even seeing any of the houses, the customer service is incredible. I was booking a home to accommodate our family as well as hold a wedding reception. They worked with me when I needed to change the dates several times in the beginning and even changed the entire reservation to a new house at one point. They were extremely flexible in allowing us to view the home several months after booking on a day is was vacant to make sure it reached all of our needs in terms of the wedding reception. They made special accommodations for us and were always transparent and prompt with responses. As for the home, immaculate! Every member of our family had nothing but nice things to say about the home. We loved the two hot tubs, the pool got so warm as well it was amazing, sitting by the fire pit drinking coffee in the morning, all tied in the perfected outdoor living space. The inside of the home matched every description. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had everything you could need, and the kitchen made you feel like you were at home. The exclusive retreats staff helped with when the pool cover flew off, would come every morning to put more water into the pool and also came over early one morning to help us reconnect the pool tablet. The customer service number to text or call was a great asset. Whitney was prompt with responses and would send staff over if we needed help with something. All in all, would 100% recommend staying at one of their properties. I have nothing but great things to report about Exclusive Retreats.
