Standard breakfast fare. Hotel is worn and tired looking. Room was clean, but mattress seriously needs replaced. Springs blown on both edges, so you almost roll out of bed. Otherwise room was fine with fridge, TV, functioning shower. Staff were helpful and kind.

The property was everything is advertised! The pet area was clean and well maintained. Everything was convenient and taken care of! The person that check the sin at the front desk on Friday the 10th of October was one of the nicest and most thoughtful people that I've ever dealt with! She was amazing!

Breakfast was ok but a bit skimp using some processed foods. Room was adequate and clean being renovated recently. I'd give this hotel a 7.5-8. nothing too great...but not to be entirely avoided. Prices in Moab tend to be a bit higher than other Utah locations.

Breakfast area is kind of a disaster, however they did have a group of soccer girls staying there, and made it difficult to get any breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We were given a room closest to the busy highway which didn't make sense since the hotel was mostly empty. Fortunately, I am going deaf so, I was eventually able to get to sleep.

Disappointed that we had to walk through smoke at the entry because your counter staff was smoking right outside the door. Wife is a Breast Cancer survivor and cigarette smoke makes her nauseous.

Good location. The hotel room is definitely dated and could use some love. The bathroom door couldn’t shut and there a broken hinge that I needed to be careful of to not poke my eyes breakfast was so do coffee yuck

We booked this property because of the HOT TUB. We knew we would be biking all day and would want that after checking in. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and were told it was down and has been for two weeks. What???What a major bummer. I already felt like $200/night was too much for this very generic hotel but the hot tub made it worth it. Definitely wishing we wpuld have booked somewhere else. I guess we should have called to make sure before we booked. We learned our lesson. Apparently Quality Inn doesn’t really care if they false advertise. I will say on a positive note the breakfast was great with many options. Also there was a very friendly front desk clerk when checking in around 8 pm. I should have noticed his name but he was awesome and felt bad about the hot tub. In the morning, there was a very unfriendly staff member in charge of breakfast. It was a guy but didn’t catch his name. No smile, no nothing. Looks like he doesn’t like his job. Maybe we just caught him on a bad day?

The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 4 nights. Half of the time we were there the TV service was out. We didn't have hot water for over 24 hrs. They never told us it was being repaired until we we reported it after a cold shower. The coffee in the lobby stopped working. The hot tub wasn't working. The swimming pool was nice, but they forgot to give us the code. Breakfast was ok, they only had biscuits to go with the gravy, 2 of the 4 mornings.
