Beautiful Desert Escape

Our 3 generation family gathering loved this place. The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed. The heated pool is awesome with a nice sized deck, shallow area for little ones, a shallow ledge all the way around, and an automatic retractable cover. We enjoyed the bocce ball pit, outdoor fireplace, easy to use grill, outdoor TV area, ample parking, and BEAUTIFUL views. Indoors we appreciated the pool table, that 4/5 bedrooms have private baths, and the kitchen's generous stock of dishes, glassware, and silverware. I highly recommend this property!

Great Place To Stay

We had our first multi- family vacation with a mix of children, teens and adults. We wanted a place big enough so everyone could have their own beds and that had plenty of things to do. This house delivered! It was perfect with their private (heated!) swimming pool, hot tub and pool table. Everyone was entertained and they all had a great time. Thank you!

Perfect for everyone

Nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was perfect from booking it to checking out. Communication was great! This house has everything for everyone! It is well furnished and maintained. I’ve stayed at places that are furnished with the cheapest furniture and have the cheapest cookware and dinnerware. Not this place. There are so many things to do when you need a break from going Jeep riding or sightseeing. From the pool and hot tub to the fire pit. There is also a pool table and a ping pong table. Televisions in every room. Very spacious too! We had 13 people and everyone had a bed with a couple of beds only occupied by 1 person. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back!

Wedding in the Moab

This was the perfect place to host 3 other couples and our two adult children for a Moab wedding. We were able to host 15 friends and family easily for a BBQ on night. The home was spectacular - everything as advertised. The property exceeded our expectations.

Desert Escape

This house was amazing! So many great room options for sleeping. We came all the way from Virginia with 3 families. 6 Adults, & 7 Kids and we never felt cramped. The Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and patio area for games while the Adults socialized. Views were also spectacular. I would Definitely recommend this property.

Convenient location

We had a nice stay here for our visit to the Moab are. Convenient to Moab and the surrounding area. The house itself was clean and accomodated our parry of 12 nicely. The outdoor area was great and our kids loved the heated pool. If not for a couple of hiccups - hvac and washing machine were both not working properly ar first - easily would have been 5 stars. The property manager did try to correct things quickly and brought extra towels when we were unable to wash. Would stay here again if ensured those things were addressed.

Accurate description, and good size for our family

The house was a perfect size for our large family. It is close to downtown and Arches National Park, which was wonderful. The host was very accommodating and prompt on replies. They might want to update their pots and pans. They were pretty worn. Pool was supposed to be heated, but never was. They responded quickly, but it never did get fixed while we were there. Luckily our three grandchildren got to enjoy the hot tub.

Perfect House

So happy we booked this house and will book it for future trips! This house is located just outside of Moab in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is designed for large groups and had many conveniences. We used the hot tub, grill, fire pit, pool table, sitting areas. This house is very clean and well-stocked. The kitchen was large and provided ample room and resources for ten adults to cook multiple meals.The outside gathering areas are well spaced and had plenty of room. Check in and out was super easy. There was an instruction book that included information for the hot tub, pool, checkout, and local information - it was all very handy. There is ample parking for large vehicles. The view from the living room & outdoor areas were incredible - including the mountains and night time stargazing.

Family Fun

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities were hits with the kids. The various sitting areas on the deck allowed us to be outside all day. Had a couple of glitches and owner was extremely responsive. The stairways to the loft bedrooms are quite steep.

Excellent Moab modern getaway

We just loved our stay at this property! The outdoor living was spectacular. The kids/teens loved the pool table, bocce ball & pool/hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house in a great location

Our recent stay was wonderful. It was the perfect house for early morning and late after hiking with plenty to do at the house to escape the heat during the hottest part of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

We had a great girl's trip at this house. It's very close to both Arches National Park, and Hell's Revenge (the activities we came for!) The pool was perfect for a relaxing day. Everything was so easy to use and spacious. We're already looking forward to returning :)
