I used Expedia and got a terrible hidden room. I am disabled and they gave me a second floor room and would not change me to first floor. Steps were very difficult to manage.

Very clean and quiet and perfect location. Beds not very comfortable and overly bouncy. It’s weird to be using a kitchen sink also as the bathroom sink.

Great older inn… staff was very friendly and the price was right!! Close walking to lots of restaurants and shops! Bathroom fan and air conditioner are really loud… setting to the constant fan setting kinda solves the noise fluctuations … we would stay again!

Broken pool!

Booked for the pool, it was broken and not open. Wish we had been told this in advance, we would not have booked. Stayed for 2 nights and it was hot weather. Room was clean, bathroom is older but ok!

This was by far our favourite stay on our recent 10 day holiday to visit the “Mighty Five”. And we stayed at 5 different properties. We love the Southwestern ambience and decor that really make the chain hotels north of town look silly and pretentious. The room was immaculately clean and cozy we enjoyed the use of the mini kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and despite being in the heart of downtown Moab, the room was very quiet. The staff are super friendly and my kids loved the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. We would love to stay here again!

Call it Perfect!

This hotel was the best of many we stayed at on a 30 day cross country road trip, Quiet, super clean and a very friendly helpful staff. Located right on the heart of downtown Moab, it was perfect for our 3 night stay. I’d choose this one again in a heartbeat.

Amazing property, owned by a young couple, who are running everything from the front desk to cleaning the pool. Housekeeping staff are very nice. Rooms have personality with curtains that mimic the red rock landscape here in Moab. One block from Main Street where there are numerous dining options and shops. If you're interested in support small town America and the Mom and Pop places left in this country, stay here in Moab. You'll not regret it!
