House was in great location to Arches National Park, downtown Moab and lots of activities. The house was fully stocked with toiletries and was roomy and comfortable.

The two King-sized beds were perfection. Incredibly comfortable which is really priority #1 when traveling. The hot tub was a great convenience and the facility's pool and hot tub were a short walk away to boot. My one caution for renters is that it is a 10 minute drive into town/any amenities and the parks are further. If you don't mind driving extra for each outing, no sweat, but if you prefer closer to town, keep this in mind.

Lovely home

Worked well for our multi-family trip to Moab. Was conveniently located for all national parks and was close enough to town to swing in for food.

Trip across Utah

My family of 5 had a lovely visit at the townhouse in Moab. We appreciated the pool, hot tub and the cleanliness of the house. It had all the towels and kitchen items we needed. We appreciated the care package with dish soap and other necessities.

Comfortable Stay

This is a comfortable property and great for a family with kids. We would have liked a highchair, but found everything else we needed to sweep, do dishes and laundry, and anything else we needed. The property felt clean and well cared for. It was a great location just outside of town and conveniently located to visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks within an hour for each. The hot tub was nice, and we had an enjoyable stay. The property also had games, movies, and a smart TV.

Great home base

This home provided the perfect place to relax and rest after spending full days exploring everything Moab has to offer. We wouldn't have changed a thing.

It was fine

This condo was nice and we enjoyed that it was located in a quiet neighborhood. But the air conditioner did not work the whole time during our stay, and the summer heat made the condo almost unbearable, the only saving grace was access to floor fans for each bedroom. Also, the info we received from the property manager stated the pool was heated for the summer months, however, the pool was freezing cold, which made it uncomfortable to swim, even in 100 degree weather.

Desert Oasis Delight

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this spacious and pristine desert condo, and it was an absolute dream! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the decor, cleanliness and the array of perfect amenities, including a fabulous hot tub. The condo's location was ideal, offering easy access to a plethora of surrounding activities. Whether it was exploring the nearby hiking trails or enjoying the local dining scene, everything was just a stone's throw away. The neighborhood itself was beautifully new and easy to navigate, providing a sense of comfort and security. And let's not forget the breathtaking view! Watching the brilliant night sky from the comfort of the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Overall, my stay at this desert oasis was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a spacious, clean, and conveniently located condo with a touch of luxury, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

It is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked and has MORE than everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay in Moab. The beds were comfortable, lots extras as well, blankets, sheets, pillow cases, roll away beds etc. The bathrooms were super clean, and also well stocked with extra towels and toilet paper, there was a hairdryer and toiletries. The kitchen was huge and all the basics with tons of extras as well. They had extra seasonings, coffee filters, sugar, coffee, tons of pots and pans, blenders, mixers, mixing bowels etc. The keyless entry was flawless and all information was shared with us a promised without a hitch. The garage was a nice bonus and made it easy to load and unload the car with hiking gear, groceries etc. The hot tub was great after a long hike, some of the jets were not working but it was still super nice to have and be able to watch a sunset and relax after a long day. The BBQ grill worked great and we made supper almost every night with steaks, burgers and brats. It was a wonderful week in Moab and I highly recommend using Vacation Rental Collective for your rental. We will be using them again for sure!

Arches and Canyonlands National Parks

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a really good location, just a few miles south of the center of Moab so it's convenient for both Arches and Canyonlands, and in a good location if you want to visit the Needles District of Canyonlands. The house itself is very nice, clean, and it was nice having the washer/dryer since we were there for a bit over a week. The garage access was another nice feature, as was the private hot tub, although one very minor nitpick there is that not all of the jets were working, but do not let that deter you. If we stay in Moab this will be one of the first properties we will look to rent.
