We had the most enjoyable stay here for two nights. This hotel had everything we needed: sparkling pool, inviting hot tub-both with Mountain views. The washer and dryer onsite was a huge bonus as this was towards the end of our long vacation and everything was covered in Utah red clay. The front desk staff was helpful with anything we needed. The room and bathroom was clean and the kit here was perfect for a longer stay. We were glad this hotel was away from the crowded Moab main st area. Perfect and easy to get around and close to Arches and the scenic 128 highway.

The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. This hotel is very close to The Arches National Park and walking distance to the town’s Lyon park with beautiful walking trails along the Colorado River. My husband and I were very happy with our room, the guest laundry center, free coffee all day, a nice pool, a full size refrigerator and kitchenette, and close access to restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accommodations in Moab!

Room was nice. There was mention of a 4-day housekeeping scheduled, but no details were provided. Room wasn't cleaned any of the three days we stayed, and linens weren't changed. Entry driveway was steep with a blind turn around the corner of the building. Cleanup following a recent rainstorm and mudslide was ongoing in the parking lot when we arrived.

Upon checking in the hotel staff was confused as to my stay being payed for. I had made arrangements through Expedia and pay for our stay in advance. The next morning I was able to verify that our room was paid for. I asked about an ice machine and was told that there was none on site but that the room had a full refrigerator/freezer. It barely made enough ice for a bottle. It would have been nice to have been able to keep some water bottles cool.
