This was a great stay for the price. The shuttle service was great and the staff was super nice. Rooms are big and restaurant on site was convenient. I only didn’t love the breakfast. The meat items could be cooked more thorough.

I paid for a double room which came with a king and twin according to the page. However, when I got to my room it was just a king size bed. I returned to the front desk and instead of reassigning me to the correct room, they placed a fold up bed in the room, and the front desk clerk spoke ill of me in french to the otger attendant ( I pretended I did not know french just to see) Additionally,the pool they advertised is not on the same compound as the hotel, you need to walk down the street 2 gates down. So, since it rained most of the time we were there, we did not get to use the pool. Lastly, the dryer in the laundry room took 4 hours to dry my clothes and they still were not dried. If I did not request a refund, they were going to gladly send me off with an apology. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND POOR SERVICE. I did enjoy the day time airport shuttle driver, he was customer service appropriate and the restaurant staff.

It was self-contained. Excellent dining. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very quiet. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and quick. We must not have read their description of the property amenities correctly because we thought the pictures of the indoor pools/hot tub were part of the property. They are not. Also, it is not close to shopping. It is 20-30 minutes taxi ride to the closest shopping facilities.

We enjoyed our stay but it was a little far from Paris so we had to pay for the uber which is fine as we had a great time in Paris. The rooms Were clean and well kept. No issues whatsoever. The staff were very helpful in booking a river dinner cruise. We would definitely recommend you stay there
