The hotel had big spacious rooms, the food at the grill had a variety of options and was good, and the shuttle to the airport was convenient and timely.

No air conditioner. Apparently they switch to heal but the air was not even circulating. 24 C in the room. Very uncomfortable. Mini fridge was not working. Pool was close, so we got a voucher for a drink and snack. Lady behind the bar was rude. Drink could only be wine or beer. The snack which took 20 minutes was literally 2 mozzarella sticks and 2 small onion rings. OMG. How cheap can you be. Closure of their pools was worth a bunch more! Finally the shuttle only took you to terminal 2. We had to walk and take airport rail to get to terminal 1. This was the main reason we selected this hotel.

Beautiful hotel! We were only frustrated to find that the pool was in a different building down the road owned by another company. Also, that company required certain swimwear that had to be purchased. We wish we had known that upfront.

I liked the quirkiness of the hotel. It’s clean and very comfortable to stay in. The shuttle to and fro the airport is a plus as we didn’t hire for a car on our short stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We did enjoy our stay. Few comments though: for a newly built hotel, the facility should have included USB charging ports for every room. Also, may we suggest to also have Netflix or Amazon Prime Video as an integrated app on your TV’s? There was only Chrome cast available and the normal freeview channels which most of them are in French. Maybe to have more selection in the breakfast bar and not always the same thing that’s being served.

I appreciate that transport is available daily to and from the airport. The access to the swimming pool, which features slides for kids, is a great bonus. However, I was disappointed that the rooms do not have USB ports, requiring me to use a converter. Upon arrival, my room was not clean, so I took a picture and showed it to the reception, and they promptly moved me to another room. The receptionist was very helpful. The restaurant operates efficiently, and the food is good. The pool staff were also helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The hotel and the facilities were great. Rooms were comfortable. My kids really liked it. It should be noted that the pool was not on site. It was a public pool located within walking distance and not private to hotel guests. Should also be noted that male swimmers are required to wear speedo style suits for hygienic reasons- not sure the reasoning there.
