Casa más nueva en una comunidad cerrada en la playa, piscina privada en el patio trasero (se puede calentar por una tarifa, que normalmente se necesita de marzo a abril). Diseño de habitación dividida con 3 camas king size y 4ta habitación con XL Twin sobre Queen litera + nido para 4 niños (o 2 adultos y 2 niños).
¿Por qué quedarse en un apartamento pequeño y comparten una piscina con extraños cuando puede tener la privacidad y comodidad de su propia casa y la piscina. ¡Muy conveniente cuando los bebés están durmiendo la siesta! Todas las 4 habitaciones tienen televisores, DVD y espejos de cuerpo entero. Rey dormitorios y sala de estar tienen ventiladores de techo. Garaje adjunta para descargar el equipaje y los alimentos, en lugar de subir escaleras o andar en ascensores. Parrilla de gas en el patio de la piscina para asar en casa si no quiere salir a cenar.

Muebles nuevos, cocina totalmente equipada con granito e inoxidable, lavadero separado con W / D de tamaño completo, entrada sin llave, garaje para 2 autos con teclado para que todos puedan entrar y salir sin llaves. Para la seguridad de los niños, la casa tiene alarma de piscina en la puerta trasera + cerrojo adicional en alto.

La casa está a unos 500 metros de la playa. Servicio de playa de cortesía. Puede caminar a la playa o conducir en automóvil. A 3 millas al este del estacionamiento de playa gratuito cerca de los baños de Pompano Joe's y de la playa. Cerca de todo en Destin: Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, restaurantes y Marina.

Spring Break Family Trip

This was our first trip to Destin. We were lucky to book this amazing house last minute. The ease and communication with the owners was amazing from beginning to end! They provided so much helpful information about the property and area. It felt like a home away from home. The description of the property and location to the beach, were exactly as detailed. The backyard and pool were the highlight for us. We will definitely visit again!

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6. It was great to be able to have a (well heated) pool to ourselves and also be in walking distance to the beach! Restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are great communicators as well!

Fall Break

We came for Fall Break, the house was great. Anything you could ever need, they have there. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for my family. The property manager and owners were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Family vacation!

After we decided to take a family vacation, we found a house. This house was a big hit! Everyone felt right at home! Loved the pool area, right outside of living room! Close access to beach. House had every amenity. Very clean! The description of property was spot on! The owners were quick to respond to any question! We will definitely be back!!

Unforgettable time

We arrived late saturday afternoon to a wonderful home in an amazing neighborhood close to the beach. Once we got settled in we were able to enjoy everything from the pool to the grill and the home. There was more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 children and never felt crowded. The home was clean and had plenty to do and plenty of linens and towels. Throughout the week we used the kitchen which had everything you could ever need on a beach vacation and the laundry appliances worked wonderful. We were all very thankful to not have to do laundry upon returning home. The host was amazing at being responsive and also answered any questions we had. The back patio was everyone's favorite part of the house. From the pool and the wonderful landscaping to the seating availability to the umbrellas and the grill. Nothing was better after a long day out enjoying the many activities destin offers than letting the kids swim while we enjoyed the wonderful destin weather, the grill snd rach others company. Our whole group was so impressed with the house and 10/10 would definitely love to stay here again for our next destin vacation.

Amazing location

Perfect getaway!

Had my wife, 2 kids (1 & 6), sister in law, and was pleasantly surprised my mother in law and granparent in laws show up! This could be their last vacation as they are getting older it couldn’t have been any better! The pool was perfect to escape the beach and for morning swims with the kiddos. House was much larger than the pictures show and so convenient for older and younger guests!

Wonderful house

The beach house was beautiful and very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The pool was perfect for hanging out with our family. We loved our trip to Destin and will definitely be back to stay at the same house the next time we are there!

A Stay in Paradise

Mike and Sherry have an absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. The pool in the backyard is spectacular and great for those days that you just want to hangout and lounge. The walk to the private beach with beach service is less than five minutes. They are simply the best hosts, always checking in to make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. This is the second time that we have stayed at their home, and it will always be our first choice when we head back to Destin. Thank you for the perfect week in paradise.

Beautiful

Beautiful house, love how it's set up. All the cookware you can imagine. The pool area is set up beautifully with palms, flowers at night lights hitthe palms and light it up it's very beautiful, lounge chairs table with umbrella and 2 extra umbrellas and can be set up anywhere around the pool area. Only thing i think i would add is an outside lamp or something near the grill area and picnic table for evening grilling and eating. Some sort of light that can be turned on and off so it doesn't take away from the beauty of how the owners have it set up for nighttime.

Great property!

We had another great stay in the house! This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here and really enjoyed all the amenities. The backyard and pool are awesome and it's just a short walk to the beach! The owners are great and communicate well! Highly recommend!

This is the place!

Stop looking, this is the place you need. This house was the most equipped house I have ever stayed in. Had everything I needed in the kitchen, for my baby, for my kids, for the pool and the beach. The space was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. The beach is a short walk, we didn't feel like we needed to rent a golf cart. It's even walking distance to a few good restaurants. The owners responded to all my questions quickly, and they made sure that we were comfortable. They really set the bar high for me, and we wish to stay here again when we visit Destin.

Outstanding Vacation Spot

House is beautifully maintained -- pool, beds, rooms, family area. Owner checked with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay -- We Were! Excellent area with easy walk to beach, dinning, and convenience stores. We already booked again for next year.

Great location! Awesome hosts!!

The home was in an amazing location! Very well set up and clean (only issue I had was some dirt and lint under the furniture that I would not have been noticed if my baby wasn’t crawling around).. sherry was so amazing at checking in with us and quickly resolving the hot water issue we had. Would definitely recommended and stay again!!

wonderful stay

Very clean. And well kept house. Little bit of a walk to beach but not bad. Lots of beach accessories. Plenty of towels, kitchen dishes and pots and pans. Quite neighborhood. Pool was a little smaller than pictures lead us to believe but big enough for family of 4. Very nice back yard. Would love to stay there again

This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever rented. Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach access, and close to everything! Pool was wonderful, especially since we had 2 double red flag days while there. Owner was very communicative, and helped resolve a couple of issues very quickly. Would definitely rent here again!!

Family getaway

Our week stay was wonderful! Good location with easy driving access to shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach can be a bit long for elderly depending on your situation. House was clean, but we did have to sweep upon entering the home.

Excellent Vacation Home

The house was as advertised. Communication with the owners was excellent. The house was really stocked and really well maintained. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The bedrooms were all nice, bathrooms were nice and clean. There was a wagon provided that we were able to take back and forth to the beach. The location was great for us. It was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be going back. The entrance to the private beach was about a 10 minute walk door to door. Having the beach set up included was really great. No complaints at all.
