Rate 3 starsCONS:All bed and bath linens need inspection: sheets and pillow case stained, bed pillows flat like a two dollar purchase, towels shredded. Hall toilet and door dirty, HVAC air return and filter filthy. First level back porch too dirty to use. First level hall bath toilet loose, freezer side of refrigerator leaking water. Front door appearance makes very bad first impression due to filth and broken blinds, making it suspect about what we would find inside on arrival. Front door not functioning such couldn’t open left side making passage too narrow for luggage (or wheelchair in my case), second level porch table has shattered tile insert. PROS: good Destin location, gated community, nice pools, private secured beach pavilion with easy access, very accessible and responsive host, nice corner lot, sofa recliners a great plus (especially for me as served as a handicap bed), updates were notable , kitchen well supplied , good WiFi speed first level, weaker signal second level, lots of available power outlets for chargers etc, pre-visit extensive list of what to bring and rules of rental, but needs edits/update. SUGGESTIONS: send in a repair man before next listing, add a couple of handicap bars in first level master bath (toilet and shower) for older clients, add cushions to bar stools, have HOA deal with driveway ant beds and quit blowing trash onto back porch, new cleaning service, visit property on occasion as problems aren’t recent
