The property was previously used as a shelter during the pandemic. Although that is commendable, they still haven't cleaned it up properly and many homeless still come in and use the facilities. They even had to have extra security one day because of this. The first room I was booked had no wifi and turned out the electric panel had shorted out. Before moving me they began to tear down the wall with my stuff in the room. Both rooms showers had rust coming out of the faucets, and house service is only available at certain times. I had simply asked for assistance with the garbage being emptied and it took two days

It is unusual to hear about the electrical issues you faced and the delayed assistance in emptying your trash. We'll relay your concerns to our team members. Ideally, our facilities should be enjoyed by registered guests without hindrance and any anomalies noted with the showers will be inspected. Your feedback will be used for improvements. Travelocity charged me for parking and took it out of my card . The Millennium Hotel charged me for parking as well . I was charged 30.00 x2 for 3 days. Neither places will refund me .
