Cabaña Delaware Riverfront a solo 90 millas de Nueva York

Hermosa casa estilo cabaña que ha sido recientemente renovada y se encuentra justo en el río Delaware. Dos habitaciones de igual tamaño con camas Queen size que están hechas con la mejor ropa de cama y almohadas cómodas. El baño tiene una bañera y todas las toallas están incluidas. Hay tres pozos de fuego, uno justo en el borde de Rivers, uno al final de la propiedad y otro más cerca de la casa, todos con vistas espectaculares. Hay escaleras que conducen al río donde puede lanzar su canoa, kayak o balsa, justo al lado de la propiedad. La propiedad también ofrece algunos de los mejores lugares para pescar en Delaware. También puede caminar o andar en bicicleta fuera de la propiedad. La casa está rodeada por miles de acres de tierra estatal y las águilas calvas son un sitio muy común.

Just what we were looking for. A quiet place to relax, unwind, and enjoy. I cannot say enough about the communication and helpfulness of Lisa and Ed (the owners). the house had EVerYTHING we could ask for. Lisa was right ....just bring your toothbrush/toothpaste and food :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

Retreat with Mans-Best-Friend

Very relaxing and quiet. Happened to be very cold this weekend, so I opted to spend more time inside but it was nice to see the fire pit out side and picnic table for a warmer trip in the future. Walked down to the river a few times with the pups and took in the calming sound of the rolling river. The kitchen was stocked very well with more items than i expected, although I was packed and prepared for the worst lol. Over all I had the weekend I truly desired and would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, serene and beautiful time. The only constructive criticism I could give is that the sofa seemed a bit too broken in, may be time for an upgrade.

Great place - beautiful and secluded

Amazing place great location off of a private road property is as advertised. Cozy two bedroom plenty of space for four adults beautiful outside deck and direct Delaware River waterfront access. Had everything we needed for cooking. Not far from the towns of Port Jervis, Milford PA. Beautiful scenic drive to Port Jervis with lookouts and lots of hiking trails and fishing opportunities right near the property

Home away from Home

As we drove up to the house I got that warm feeling again. It was our second stay. Welcome home to me!!!! A cozy house for on the river. When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle play some games read a book by the fire place. This is the place for you. Like to fish or hunt or hike this is the place for you. All the amenities of home.

No water

While the property is lovely and spacious and very pet friendly, when the electricity goes out, as it did twice when we were there, there is NO water. While the host cannot guarantee that the power will stay on, there should be a generator on the property to ensure that guests are not without water. It's not a campsite, but a house. And the surrounding properties all have generators precisely in the event of a power outage, that the host's partner told us happens "time to time." If nothing else, the listing should note that in the event of a power outage, there will be no water. It's possible to manage without electricity for a while, but it's impossible to manage without water.

A Cabin with Style

If you are looking for a place in the Delaware River valley for a quiet, relaxing time, or as base for fishing, rafting, hiking, or exploring the historic towns along the river, this cabin is ideal. It is a cabin, yes, but a cabin with style and comfort. The cabin is well-equipped and nicely decorated in a style I would call "rustic chic," including a canoe-shaped bookcase. The kitchen and bathroom have been attractively updated. Finally, there is the great view of the Delaware River from the cabin's deck, a perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee or tea. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this property.

Peaceful cabin by the river

If you’re looking for a peaceful riverfront stay, this cabin is incredible. The cabin itself is modern and comfortable, well stocked with everything you could need for cooking, activities, and comfort. The lawn is large and well kept, the dog loved running around, and we made use of the fire pit. A staircase leads down to the riverfront where you have your own private shoreline/river access. We spent the day fishing, swimming, and tubing. (Water shoes are a must). Hosts were friendly and readily available, checking in/out was made very easy. We highly recommend, definitely planning on another stay soon.

Great, isolated getawar

Awesome property. The Delaware River is only about 100yds from the house. House was clean upon arrival, comfy beds, great kitchen. Fireplace was the big draw in December. The owners left wood for us to use. Very close to scenic points in the area. Checkout the BVH in Barryville too for great food and drinks. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I can’t say enough about this home. We wanted a quiet getaway surrounded by nature which this home definitely provides. The home is very clean and orderly and has just about anything you can think of to make your stay enjoyable. Being able to bring our dog for the stay was a major plus. Great hosts to work with.

Beautiful stay on the river

My friend and I have stayed in many places over the years, and this was the most comfortable of them all. Clean, fully functional kitchen, cozy seating inside and out. The host even put fresh flowers in a vase for us! We highly recommend!!

Weekend Getaway

We had such a great time! The cabin and the property were fantastic! Beautiful views from the deck to sit on and relax. Nice place to fish, we caught small mouth bass and walleye. We had fun at the local bars and restaurants that had music and good food. Perfect place to relax from our crazy work schedules! Lisa the owner made everything so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

The place was perfect for us (couple with 2 dogs). The weather had other ideas. However, even with the rain, the covered deck was used extensively. The wood stove came in handy and we used it every night. I would recommend this to anyone looking to disconnect for a bit.

5-Star Luxury Off-Grid

Perfect place to fully relax and forget about daily hustle and bustle. Totally feeling connected with nature, and on top of it - all the luxury you could have. Fresh air, nice views, total comfort of the cabin and the property. You can sit on a nice deck and enjoy the views, or you can play outdoor games, or if you up for adventure - lots of fishing, kayaking, hiking in close proximity. The host is wonderful, she thought about every single detail to make your stay as worry-free as possible. Had a great time!
