The outside had trash and tall weeds. Inside the guest entrance was filthy. The trash was stacked and many dead flies were on the floor. I did not eat any of the offered breakfast because the area was dirty and had old dried food, smears of food and crumbs everywhere. No A/C is the hall or lobby. The room was ok but needed detailed cleaning.

The ouside has many tall weeds. The lobby looks like it is being remodeled and not finished but the staff said the construction was done. The breakfast items were ok but unappealing because of the dried food everywhere, floor, counter, microwave and tables all needed wiped down. No A/C in the hall or common areas. The room was ok. The floor is vinyl and needed mopped. The faucet on the sink was crusty. We did not see the big stain in the middle of the sheet until we got up the next morning. We will not stay again.

place looked very run down. Apparently no elevator for second floor rooms. Asked about a luggage cart and didn't really get an answer. "Continental Breakfast" was basically pancakes or waffles. Maybe some cereal but definitely not anything to call "breakfast". Room as clean though.

Very clean and recently remodeled room . No restaurant on premises right now but one is under construction. Breakfast was ok not great but adequate. Would have liked butter and possibly some danishes , toast , donuts and real orange juice, not Tang, but there was fresh fruit, microwave breakfast sandwiches and waffles . We noticed several bad reviews about the availability of hot water in the rooms but we had no issue and the water was plenty hot for showering . Overall I would recommend this as a clean , convenient, affordable stopover while traveling on route 80 in central pa . Also very close to Bald Eagle State Park .

The property was close to my destination. It was clean, recently remodeled, and the bathrooms looked new. The grounds around the property were not particularly well maintained probably because they were concentrating on the inside.

We arrived prior to normal check in; however we were able to check in and get our room key before we left for the day. Then we were able to go directly to our room later that evening. That was very convenient. Our room was very nice, roomy and bright and comfortable. Our stay was only one night but we recommend that you consider the Baymont Milesburg if you are in that area.

The rooms and inside hotel were very clean. The staff we encountered were friendly and we felt safe. They do seem to be in the middle of renovating so the halls and common areas show that. The breakfast was very simple with just the basics.

It looks basically abandoned. The property is old and out of date. No elevator, weird musty smell. The sink was clogged. I’d call a health inspector.

Little run down on edges. Room very clean. Nice shower. Morning breakfast, not much choice, but plenty of good coffee. Staff very friendly. Good location to Bellefonte and Penn State.

The room bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was still items left behind from previous person. Went to use the fridge and that was dirty with previous person leftovers. The bed sheets where questionable if they where cleaned. I cheched in at 8pm they had more then enough time to clean the room. Only thing that was good was check in. I will not stay again.

Amazing coffee & stay.

Breakfast is simple and good ! But the COFFEE served IS AMAZING ! Coffee is important. It must be tastefully good. Awful coffee can break you. Beds are cozy, restful & plush. Management / Staff are kind & nice. Highly recommended.

Overall it was a good place to stay. It was clean and close by for what we needed to do. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night. Not a big deal for us but would have been nice to coming back to a clean room. All containers of shampoo body wash were all empty. Thankfully my wife brought enough with her. Overall a good stay.
