Amazing stay in the heart of Milan! We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. The location is unbeatable, right in the Duomo center, close to everything. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with plenty of towels, which was much appreciated. One of our favorite features was the beautiful patio, it was lovely to sit outside at night and enjoy the lovely Italian wine that came with the apartment. A very special thank you to Sole, who truly went above and beyond. It felt like we had hired a personal concierge! She helped us check in late at night, arranged a black car pickup from Linate Airport, and also helped arrange our return to Linate. Sole was amazing and available anytime I had a question, even before the trip. She made our 11:00 PM check-in incredibly smooth and recommended nearby restaurants that were still open at that hour, which was so helpful after a long day of travel. Truly outstanding service! Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Don’t look any further. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan!

The suite itself is large and has a massive balcony with a view of the Milan cathedral spire. The staff was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The overall suite is a bit tired and could be updated. The master bedroom area was nice and spacious. The bathroom was a bit dated and could use a refresh. The sleeper couch needs to be replaced as the platform springs sagged leaving my high school kids rolling into each other. But, for a few nights, it was manageable. However, I would not recommend sleeper option for kids over elementary/middle school. With all of this said, the suite is only two blocks from the Milan cathedral. The location can’t be beat. Overall, would recommend but keep the second bed (sleeper couch) in mind if looking to sleep more than two people in the suite.

It is not a hotel and you have it under hotel option. It was an apartment. Pretty old and beat up The shower was tiny My VIP points dodnt matter. No staff no receptionist nothing. I could have gotten a room in the hotel next door for the same price
