One of the nicer hotels in Milan

Pros: I liked the lounge area to relax in the morning. But it costs more. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find and great access to the metro.
Cons: Not a lot of sitting room in lobby and only one computer for printing boarding passes etc in the lobby and lounge. Food in the bar and rest average.
Location: The key is the easy access to the metro station for subway and trains. From there if you are brave you can go anywhere and its really easy.
Wife and I had an end of the hall room and had a semi-suite. We did it because our experience is European rooms tend to run small. We were not disappointed as we had a very nice large room with seating area. Just watch out for the drastic change in cost based on the days of the week. Room went from 218 to 400 for the weekend. Lounge (if you can afford that level) is nice but not essential, still breakfast of eggs and bacon is good. the evening happy hour is nice but the food is a bit... rustic. The bar area is nice, food was average. We ate two meals there. Potato soup is really good, pizza for dinner was average at best we expected better. Conceage was FANTASTIC! we ventured to the subway which is in the lower level of the train station and used it almost exclusively. Easy to navigate and works on the Washington DC "Last stop" logic and is easy to get around.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Location: The train was very closeby, that's why I picked it
Arrival - staff was courteous and friendly. The room had an odd smell to it.
