Location is great. Lots of food and shops around and just a 5-10 minute walk to the trains and buses. The check in process was not good. The app didn’t work and I had to reach out to the host for check in instructions. We were waiting outside until the host responded to us. Also, there were not enough pillows, blankets, etc. The apartment had no soap, no shampoo, the washer did not work, there were ants or small animals in the beds. I was so excited about the stay because of the pictures but I was very disappointed.

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous écrire suite à notre séjour, qui a malheureusement été très décevant. Tout d’abord, le code pour ouvrir le boîtier n’était pas correct, et nous avons dû les contacter, ce qui nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps à notre arrivée. Par ailleurs, l’hébergement n’était pas propre. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui nous a obligés à noyuveau les recontacter et à nous laver à l’eau froide. Nous n’avons pas non plus pu utiliser la cuisine : il y avait une fuite au niveau de l’évacuation d’eau sous le meuble, rendant la vaisselle impossible. De plus, l’allumage électrique ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y avait pas de gaz. L’ensemble de ces problèmes a fortement impacté notre séjour. Dans ces conditions, nous sommes très insatisfaits et ne souhaitons plus revenir. Thomas

o apartamento e otimo e muito bem cuidado. porem, ele tem a janela da sala na rua (por ser um apartamento terreo), isso pode incomodar e trazer um pouco de inseguranca dependendo da quantidade de hospedes, pois o predio tambem nao tem porteiro ou seguranca. porem nos nao tivemos nenhum problema, a rua e segura e com bom movimento local. aquecimento adequado, limpeza satisfatoria, com excessao das loucas da cozinha que nao sao higienizadas ha muito tempo... acho que isso poderia ser mais organizado, muitas loucas antigas, e sujas. A empresa e otima e presta todo o apoio necessario! E um otimo imovel, com metro perto e perfeito para se deslocar pela cidade!
