"Our stay was perfect! It was in a great location in the city, so close to MSG, Times Square, and the subway station! The staff was also so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to be in the city!"

"The hotel is a good choice, well located, clean, daily room cleaning. The staff is exceptional - the best I've had in a long time. They are knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and personable - one staff member - woman named something like Taikela - that is very wrong, but hopefully close enough to know who I'm talking about! She was at the front desk last night (Monday) and this morning (Tuesday). She stands out based on her consistently going beyond the call of duty to help in a very patient and pleasant way."
