"Stayed here with three families and three children aged 2 to 4. The house is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. A great layout and a spacious kitchen and dining area allowed us to enjoy all of our meals together. We managed the 2.5 bathrooms through planning and without challenges. The location on Lake Huron is just amazing and the grandkids enjoyed playing on the rocks. The Dinosaur Gardens with putt-putt golf was a great way to spend a morning with little ones."

"From the moment we arrived, the cabin was welcoming - clean, organized, all the items we needed for cooking and serving, feel at home decor. A great set up outside, as well. The location is a nice short drive into Alpena and the surrounding area. A beautiful view across the lake, including a wonderful view of the sunrise. And nicely quiet. We highly recommend this rental. Great communication with the host (quick responses and wanted to make sure our stay went well). We will be talking about this trip for years to come and that is in great part to staying at this location. "

"We had a great stay at this cabin! It was very clean and the property was beautiful. Our family caught lots of fish and enjoyed the paddle boat, canoe and kayaks. We traveled into town and visited the Amish bakery which was absolutely delicious. Terry greeted us upon arrival and was very informative about the area and the cabin. It had all the basic necessities plus a little more. We are looking forward to visiting this place again."
