Be Mindful of Noise • Observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (local ordinance). • No events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission. • Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay. • Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.
Report Any Issues Promptly • Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay. • Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay. The host will charge guests via AirBnB Resolution Center, AirCover, and/or security deposit in order to collect for these items. Insurance Requirement (30+ Night Stays): Guests staying 30+ nights must maintain renter’s insurance for the full duration of their stay and list the property owner as an Additional Interest.
