The check-in process was long and time consuming unstaffed at the front desk. The key fob for the unit did not work and I was unable to access the property without security or front desk assistance. No one at the front desk could resolve the problem key fob nor did the host. Bad experience

The good: location is amazing, right next to the beach (4 min walk), super spacious, tidy, fast internet, clean heated pool to enjoy, tons of spare towels and beach chairs/umbrellas to borrow The bad: the fob to get in and out of the apartment did not work, the laundry card did not work, we had to wait 3 days for the proper clicker to park our vehicle, for a weeks stay we were left a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, no dish soap to wash our dishes, no spare garbage bags, my 3 yo found garbage and hair ties from past guests under the couch and tables, I found a forgotten soother in the crib from past guests, there was sand in the bed sheets, and my final bad- we had to kill cockroaches. This VRBO should be listed cheaper if they are not providing basic essentials that you would find in any other hotel stay, including a proper clean in between guests.

Everything you'd expect from VRBO operated by a business - room was hotel clean and ikea furnished. Everything more or less worked (though occaisional rough edges). Papertowels/toilet paper/garbage to get you through the day but not for a stay. Lots of towels/chairs for a beach run. Reasonably decent communication with the host. In all - a good choice for a more affordable Miami stay accross the street from the beach (and above a coffee shop and playground).

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y muy cerca de la playa. Lo que realmente nos pareció que debe mejorar es en la parte de los baños, parece que no les han dado un buen mantenimiento y se dejan mucho que desear pues ahí justamente tuvimos 2 veces que matar cucarachas y realmente eso fue bastante desagradable. También el edificio está en remodelación por la parte exterior y desde la mañana se escuchaba el taladrado de el personal trabajando y no se podía descansar por el constante ruido. Y por último, el pasillo desde que salimos del apartamento hasta el ascensor que está cubierto el piso con alfombra todo ese pasillo mantiene un olor bastante fuerte y feo como de animales mojados y alfombra húmeda que mezclado esos 2 olores era muy desagradable. No se podía usar el balcón porque estaban reparando todo en la parte exterior. Definitivamente muy buena ubicación y el apartamento con un buen mantenimiento en la mayoría de sus áreas sería una excelente opción, mientras no se corrijan los detalles que menciono y otros, definitivamente preferiría buscar otra alternativa.
