Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with 6 beds. Approx. 5 mins from Hard Rock Stadium. Super close to all major highways leading to South Beach, Miami, Aventura, Pembroke Lakes areas. Approx 11.8 miles & 15 minute drive to/from South Beach (depending on traffic). 20 minute drive to/from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Directly in the middle of all of the hot spots as far as driving.

There is a lot of lighting in the home. Very open and spacious layout. Perfect space for conversation and relaxation. Great open kitchen for guests to enjoy.

CAN FIT 16 ppl. Approx. 5 mins from Hard Rock Stadium. 2 mins from Top Golf. Super close to all major highways leading to South Beach, Aventura, Pembroke Lakes areas. Approx 12 miles & 15 min drive to/frm S. Beach (dep on traffic). 15 min drive to/frm Ft. Lauderdale airport. Directly in the middle of all the hot spots.

Pool table w/ stand up video arcade games. Very open and spacious layout w/ lots of lighting. Great open kitchen and BBQ grill available with lounge chairs and seating by HEATED pool. 1 mile away from Hard Rock Stadium and Top Golf!!

Nice heated pool to enjoy December weather

The house is well located and easy to access. We enjoyed the heated pool as it was a bit chilly. The rooms were big and the living room very comfortable. The kitchen is really convenient so we could cook dinner and enjoy a home made breakfast. The owner is really responsive and nice. She always replied within a couple of minutes even on the 1st of january. We really appreciate her availability and kindness on checking on us regularly. Only 2 things could be improved, more chairs for the dining table and one of the room is on the remodeled garage and it is noisy with the water pump and heater. I totally recommend and we would book again this house in a future trip to Miami.

Great stay

Let’s start with the host, she is very quick with responding which I loved, the house was beautiful, great for a little get together with family and friends. The house was very clean, and there was even extra tooth brushes and things for the guest. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean also. And close to South Miami. Would s100% recommend this place for anyone who needs a little getaway near Miami with the family. Thankyou Natalie

PERFECT STAY!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in Natalie’s beautiful Miami Gardens home. I was so worried about making sure I had everything I needed because my son(who is 2) was coming with us along with my parents and grandmother but Natalie’s home provided not only comfort but everything we could think of from complimentary toiletries, to additional air beds, pillows and sheets, supplies for the kitchen and pool. Our stay was perfect. We were able to focus more on spending time together and spent less time worrying about the little things. Also, Natalie was available to answer ALL of my questions from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this rental! Thank you so much Natalie for your kindness and hospitality!!

Amazing

My experience was absolutely amazing. We loved the house and everything was super organized. Many things to do for fun at the house. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. I totally recommend the house. Easy access to so many areas to get things needed. I will definitely be booking again. I totally loved the house and the overall experience.
