I would like to commend all of the staff at Best Western in Panama City. The room was extremely clean you could smell the cleanliness when you walked in. The Front Desk staff was extremely helpful and made check in a breeze. The breakfast staff was very pleasant and made sure I had what I needed. This was the first time that I had ever stayed at a Best Western hotel. It will not be my last time! Bravo to the staff as well as to management. Keep up the Great work!

Great location about 11 miles away from the beach and walking distance to Target and IHOP. Rooms clean, breakfast hot and fresh, and beds very comfortable! It was Spring break so lots of kids and teenagers in hallways loud to be expected around the time so I understood. Great price as well! The lady working the breakfast area single handedly was very kind, she deserves a raise!

The floors were filthy in the room. White socks were black. The cloth sofa and the cloth chairs in the breakfast area was stained. The soap, shampoo etc dispensers in the room were empty. There was never anyone at the front desk.
