I really enjoyed my stay.. only suggestion is that my room was advertised incorrectly and I requested a different room. The room they gave me was still not what I had reserved as advertised but it was sufficient and the property is so nice I just rolled with it.

There are nice sitting areas around the property to sit and watch the beautiful red rocks and cliffs. I stay a couple times a year on my way from Colorado to Arizona, it centers me on the way!

It seems like very old property. Door said Autolock but it wont close well...people/guests were very loud, mostly Bikers, and smoking. No elevators, hard to bring a big suitcase especially traveling woth elders really hard. AC/Heater was NOT working, so as the fridge. Bed disnt have comforter, flat sheets and thin blanket, couldnt sleep. The one and only restaurant was very busy, there's no option to eat elsewhere, and waiting time was 45 min after we seated to get a glass of water..too shame, the location is AMAZING!!!

Very helpful proprietor - we arrived very late and we communicated by email about this - responded quickly Great location, quirky inn, great staff, got us a feed even though they were about ready to leave. Great coffee and breakfast.

Close to Monument Valley. Very authentic. Location is a bit inconvenient as you exit the parking climbing up the steep slope and directly onto the roadway of a state highway.

SJ Inn is a great location for exploring Monument Valley. The on site cafe offered good breakfast options. The room was spacious and had a great view of river. The Inn offers a coin laundry.

It was a great place to stay! Close to Monument Valley and Valkey of the Gods. It was comfortable and quiet. Room was spacious and clean. Great shower. We enjoyed the restaurant on the grounds. Food was good and the frybread was great! We would definitely stay when visiting the area again.

BEST HOTEL IN MEXICAN HAT, UT!

The staff and location was great! A hidden gem, and so close to all the stops along the way…ie; Mexican hat rock, valley of the gods, forest gump hill and Monument valley!
