Sergio at the front desk was very helpful, both on the phone when I was making the reservation and then later when we actually arrived. Fitness center was minimal and one machine was broken.

The room was very dirty. There was still makeup on the counter and hair. The light switch was filthy. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I don’t even think they changed the sheets. The hallway was absolutely filthy. I don’t think I’ve been vacuumed in weeks as well.. on a good note the check-in was fantastic and the gentleman that helped us was more than friendly and accommodating. But as far as the cleanliness of the hotel if I could read it a zero I would.
