The room was very clean, spacious, everything we needed. Our bed was not good. It needs replacing. When you went to sleep all you could feel was springs digging into you. My husband said the same. Very old. May I suggest that Mangement looks at Room 908 mattress.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was self contained and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and hospitable and when our room wasn’t quite ready for check-in, they offered us a late checkout. The bathroom was very spacious and whilst there wasn’t a great view from the small balcony, it was lovely to see lots of trees within the city. The bed wasn’t super comfy, but we brought this to their attention upon checkout. We paid for onsite parking as we wanted to see everything by foot. The only negative thing about the car park was the small, tight spaces. Good for small cars, not so much for a Ford Ranger.

Good location being close to Hamer Hall, Southbank and Flinders Station. Staff were very helpful with holding bags as we arrived very early and were leaving late the following day. Sent a message when apartment was ready as well.

Great place to stay near Southbank

It is a great hotel located perfectly for walking distance to Southbank and also into the city. Safe parking friendly star few rooms with all the amenities you would need. Hoghly recommended.

Nice hotel close to Southbank

Front desk service from Dominic ( I think ) was excellent nice young man who treated us politely and was very informative. Room was one bedroom roomy comfortable Kitchen with all that was needed, washing machine dryer and carpark available although found this expensive considering the price for the accommodation for the three nights we stayed. Location was good but I’m more an other side of City Rd person.
