The only negative is that the air con for a 2 bedroom is only 1 small split system in the main room. This was in effective for the unit and non existent in bedrooms. It was very hard to keep cool even with blinds down.

Aspire has everything one could want and more. The appartment was spacious, very clean, well appointed with fantastic views. We loved the gym, pool, spa, steam roon and sauna facilities. It is very central so walking distance to a lot of various restaurants, cafés, shops. The tram stop is just around the corner. Perfect in every way.

Nice building and suite. Staff were very good. Area appears to be in transition and a bit outside the more “tourist” areas of the CBD. However, Cole’s being close was very convenient and the free tram was a 5 min walk. It was good having the laundry and the kitchen during our 2 week stay, but it’s very small and difficult to cook a meal (even breakfast) due to the right quarters. But we managed. Overall recommend for a longer stay.

Great location!

The Aspire is very central - easy walk when arriving by train. Lovely pool, outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam & well fitted out gyms. Comfy beds - all you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside is they don’t have A/C in any of the bedrooms. Could be an issue is it’s really hot outside, you have to keep the blinds drawn at all times in the bedroom or the room gets too hot.

Great apartment hotel

Lovely apartment which only opened last year. We requested a roll away bed which we got only after a couple of emails and phone calls. Only 1 air conditioning unit in lounge so bedrooms got very hot. As someone was also sleeping in the lounge we couldn’t leave the bedroom door open. Otherwise we had a great stay. Swimming pool, spa, steam room were wonderful. Large kitchen, washing machine and great view were also good features. Overall a wonderful stay.

The views from our apartment were incredible! The apartment was v well equipped with everything we needed even providing washing powder for laundry. The beds were v comfortable and the shower rooms were v clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
