The assistant manager and the GM were very kind and friendly so much more friendly than the other Hyatt place that’s by the 95 the assistant manager at the other Hyatt her name is Sarah and she is not a very nice person. I stopped going to that Hyatt just so I didn’t have to see her and deal with her anymore and I’m so happy I made the change. My only complaints about this location is that their Internet sucks and you can never get your phone to connect to the television so that you can watch things like Hulu and Netflix, which drove me crazy because I stayed there for a week but otherwise it’s clean. The food is great. The staff is friendly the rooftop bar I’ve been to more than once and it has really good food. This place is the closest you’re gonna get to a five star resort on a budget.
