Needs a fix up

We booked for a weekend in February 2018. Great location but: -the TV in larger bedroom (one of 2 tvs in house) had a cracked screen and refused to turn on - the back door to balcony had a broken hinge and we had to keep it shut as it looked like it would fall off altogether shattering the glass in the process - the coffee machine provided had obviously been the subject of an attempt to use the wrong capsules in the past so all the seals leaked and it couldn't be used at all. - the video to the main tv in the lounge refused to work as the input socket was damaged (unfortunately we found this out after we had hired some videos and were settling in to watch for the night!) - the bbq has never been properly cleaned by the looks! Overall was very disappointing that basic checking of and maintenance of items used in the advertisement and website hadn't been done so they actually didn't work as suggested in the advertising!
