Check in staff very very unhelpful and we also found a pair of dirty ladies underwear the next morning .

Dear Jac, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am very sorry that you did not have a very good experience upon arrival, We usually have a very friendly team to greet all guest on arrival, I will be sure to pass on your comments so no one has to experience this again In regards to the dirty underwear, I assure you that our Room attendant Team are normally extremely thorough when cleaning a room, again i will be sure to pass this on to the appropriate manager. We hope to see you again in the near future for a more enjoyable experience.
