Good location right next to tram line that gets you anywhere in Melbourne. Rooms were spacious and had all of our needs. We chose this hotel specifically because they have washer and dryer in the room as we are on a 15 day trip. Highly recommend!

It was a spacious roo (small studio) with a bit of view of the quay. The room was quite basic but it provided all that was needed. It's not really a hotel, but basic room service was provided every day. It had had a small kitchenette but not for doing much cooking. A nice plus was the laundry facility. Although it's located on the skirt of CBD, there is a tram station very close by. Overall, I recommend this accommodation.

This one bedroom apartment was very clean, had onsite parking (that cost extra each night), was in close walking proximity to the Docklands and the restaurant’s were outstanding especially Butchers Prime. The property had its own washer and dryer which was excellent and we had a partial view of the water from the lounge and bedroom and the balcony. I would highly recommend this property. We felt it was good value for money and will stay there again when in Melbourne next.

Service was excellent! Eve was awesome upon check in she walked me through the tram system and gave great recommendations. Rooms were super modern and clean. I had a balcony with the view of the water from my room - was awesome sitting out there at night with tea and morning with coffee. I like the Docklands area definitely my vibe tucked away from downtown but a 5-10 minute tram ride to everything. I’m planning another trip to Melbourne in upcoming months (too many cool aspects of this city to be explored). I will only be staying at this hotel when I return as it was perfect: Location, cost, great waterfront restaurants, staff, and view. Honestly, would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the city if you like a more low-key peaceful feel.
