The photos did not describe the property at all. The bathroom was mouldy, litter under the bed, the room filled with dust like it had never been cleaned, and could barely see out of the window. We were sold by the photos, but they were very deceptive. I have been in public toilets that were cleaner!

To describe the accommodation as crudimentary would be frivolous and flattering. Kettle and toaster supplied but not cutlery, no water glass, one flat pillow, reverse cycle A/C but no controller. But, I guess, you get what you pay for. Very basic and cheap but conveniently located.

the location is very convenient and the price is pretty reasonable with a spacious room. The bathroom is clean, the customer service is great.

This is a truely awful place to stay. It's dirty and badly maintained. I discovered vomit stains on the wall by my bed. The manager did agree to giving me a new room, which was in slightly better condition. But I received no apology. I had to ask for my room to be serviced, but they didn't bother to do any cleaning as part of it. The only redeeming feature is it's located close to the arts and theatre district. I recommend you avoid this one.

The only thing good was a comfy bed and location. My room's carpet had not been vacuumed (food on floor), fridge not cleaned (food left in fridge and dirty glasses), microwave filthy. The bathroom sink tap was not attached to basin, toilet seat extremely loose and mould around sink and shower wet areas.

It was shocking to see at first, unlike advertise pictures. The room was a small cage size with an extremely dirty window with hard to see anything outside. Noise outside with a noisy heater hard to let you sleep. Small dirty fridge and not to mention a very dirty carpet with clear dusty edges. I wasn't expecting hilton but felt like a chicken cage. I consider leave but too late to look a new one late time of the day. There was a fire test, so I tried to use dirty fire stairs and stuck as the outside door was locked. I could burn to death if there was a fire. I called reception to rescue me. I came later, and the outside door was locked. I was advised to use code on key tag that was almost erased, not able to read. My advise stay away

Unfortunately for the price paid $302, the room did not measure up. Disappointed that the shower nozzle, basin tap & toilet seat were all loose/missing.

This was the most dirties place I’ve ever stayed in. Mould in the bathroom dirty ripped carpet. No heating or cooling no blankets paper thin pillows TV didn’t work. Reception very unfriendly Do not recommend at all. Avoid at all costs.
