In a wheelchair accessible room. The metal bed frame, under the box frame, makes the bed difficult to transfer into from a chair. The chairs at the table in the room were also uncomfortable to sit in.

Room was comfortable and very clean. I think I would reject the ground floor so close to elevator next time. So many guests rude and to not consider people sleeping. Breakfast had a great assortment to choose from. Fresh and very clean area. Staff was fantastic!!

Broken window and tub faucet. If you are in your room when housekeeping rolls by your room will not get cleaned. Also, half of this hotel is right on a the highway and offramp. If you arrive later in the day you will have a noisy room. I’d choose the Hampton over this place.
