Room was fine. Bathroom could use some attention. Sheathing on door is peeling. Door stop is so old the rubber has turned to dust. Shower needs more slip strips and a grab bar. Staff was fine too. Breakfast was fine. We won't stay at Flagship again.

I woke up at 10:30 to use the bathroom when I noticed the light fixture was leaking water. It was so bad it was like it was raining indoors. The front desk called as I was walking to the phone to call them. The man said something had happened in the room above ours and we needed to switch rooms. He was very apologetic. The following day when I went to check out there were 3 people in the office. None of them apologized for the inconvenience of switching rooms late at night. No compensation was offered.

Clean and spacious rooms. Check-in staff was wonderful and very helpful. Larger-sized in-room refrigerator that includes a small freezer. Comes with complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first room was infested with bedbugs. Steer clear of room 210 for sure. Second room didn't seem to have them. Be careful. We're now covered with red itchy welts.

BEDBUGS!!! Our first room had bedbugs. My son and I slept in two different beds and both got bitten about 40 times each. I caught one in the middle of the night and showed it to their night manager. They changed our room but the day manager was rude about it too. We're now using a prescription cream the doctor gave us to get rid of the red welts from the bites.
