Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Town is old and a little run down but everyone working there was very nice. We even got a call on our hotel phone from front desk after we checked into our room asking if all was acceptable. Husband and I were there to do some biking and kayaking. Hotel got us a 1st floor room so we could bring our bikes inside with us. Only con, the hotel is advertised as having a restaurant and bar. Their restaurant is currently closed as they are remodeling. But within just a few blocks away there is downtown Franklin, which has many restaurants and bars. Overall, nice stay for a nice price. Would stay here again!

No problems except refrigerator froze my seltzer bottles and they broke. Other than that, very good for a quality inn. Clean, everything worked, no issues.

Very nice quality hotel deserving of its awards. Nice areas around hotel. Mattresses were old spring style but they were in good shape. Very clean and nice hotel, excellent staff.

Awesome..Awesome…Awesome…. This place is perfect. The town it sits in is quaint..,and the front desk attendant is very personable…. Her name is Kim and she actually called our room after check-in to see how we are and if everything is ok. Priceless!!!! I will come back here because of this service. Exceptional!!!

The Staff was excellent! They went out of their way to make sure that our group had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Nothing bad to say. Just a little out dated.

Kim at the front desk was a joy to interact with. She welcomed us on our return visit, followed up with us to make certain we approved of our room and provided excellent suggestions for dining options. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels in more exclusive locations and have never received the level of competency and politeness that she exhibited. When we return it will be largely due to our anticipation in seeing her again.
