Staff were friendly and efficient, got our ten person party checked in quickly! Several options for shopping and dining within a comfortable walking distance, which was nice after six hours in the car!! Upon check in we were notified there wasn't any gym but when I booked this hotel it advertised there is a gym. We were also noticed there isn't any pool right now. These things shouldn't be advertised if they aren't available. I specifically booked this hotel for the gym. Overall our stay was good.
