"Staff were great. Room, facilities and food were not as much. Outlets and a lamp didn't work. Trash in room when we arrived. Power went out a few times as well as the wi-fi. The quality of the food at buffet in the restaurant for dinner wasn't good. The pizza at outdoor pool bar was too cheesy, but these are personal preferences. The AC wasn't great. The mattress and pillows in main bedroom are in pretty bad shape. We left the night before because we couldn't sleep well. I'll still this great reviews because of how friendly their staff were. Jessica at check in was great and shared information about the hotel and allowed us to check in early. Bell staff was also very friendly."
