The old port city of Cartagena (35 km), Murcia (65 km) and many beautiful coastal towns are nearby and well worth a visit. Beautiful cities such as Málaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Almería are within driving distance, as are protected natural areas such as Sierra Espuña and Sierra de las Moreras.
