"It was a bit complicated to make the reservation directly with the hotel but much simpler and cheaper through Expedia. The bedding was dirty but once advised the staff changed it right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful except the first point of contact made directly, she was pushing the more expensive room to the point that she told me the rate I had was no longer available but I found it and rebooked via Expedia at a lower rate that she offered me. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel is in the middle of downtown so close to everything and we loved that. We were there on the weekend, Saturday was noisy, because we were in the entertainment quarters but we were aware of that already. Sunday was very quiet. They have a lounge that’s very comfortable and has a TV . Rooms are very small made to sleep only. That didn’t bother us at all because we were touring PEI all our stay. All in all it’s a good hotel to spend couple of days and do recommend just be aware of the services and location not to be surprised once in site."
