The staff was courteous and professional. Jennifer was especially helpful and provided great information about the festivities happening near the hotel that night. However, the room itself lacked appeal and had a strong smell of humidity. Additionally, there is only one ice machine, located on the first floor on one side of the building, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel offers 24/7 hot coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate, and the free hot breakfast was very good. And the location is very centric and convenient.

The AC was too loud and no remote to adjust temperature. Before arriving , we stayed for 2 nights in a hotel in the mountains where the ac units in each room were very quiet and we could adjust temp. They should provide option of fresh fruit for breakfast, banana, apples, or yogurt. Everything else was excellent.
